Hire Terms & Conditions
1)At time of booking with Weddings by Charlie Anna, the lead customer is paying for items listed on the invoice. We ask that the lead customer thoroughly checks the information on the Invoice, if any details are incorrect then please inform us immediately.
2)It is the customers responsibility to make sure the venue have the chairs ready for us to cover. If at the time of set up we discover that the chairs and tables are not ready then the Weddings by Charlie Anna Team are not responsible for this process & it may result in services not being carried out. If the chairs are different to the ones agreed with the lead customer at time of booking it may result in your event booking being incomplete i.e. if the covers do not fit the chairs.
Weddings by Charlie Anna does not take responsibility for venues that change their chair type. It is down to the lead customer to keep us informed of any changes to the chairs used. In this situation Weddings by Charlie Anna will not give a refund.
3)Cancellation by the customer with less than 6weeks until the event date will still require the balance to be paid in full.
For cancellation outside of this time, no further payment is required, deposited however are non-refundable. If no deposit was paid at time of booking but the balance was paid in full. Weddings by Charlie Anna will refund 50% of the booking price.
4)Final numbers are due 2 weeks before the event date. Any increase after this time will have a fee of £1 per chair added to the original price. Any reduction in numbers after this 2 week period will not be refunded.
5)A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings, this is non-refundable. The further 50% is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
Our damage deposit of £50 fee is also non refundable & is due with the invoice balance 4 weeks prior to event.
6)If irreversible damage through mistreatment has been caused to ANY of our hired items ie: footprints, candle wax, rips and stains to chair covers, damage to the backdrop or table skirt or any breakages to any other hire items or if any items are missing upon collection then this will result in Weddings by Charlie Anna invoicing the lead customer for the damaged items and retaining the £50 Damage/Security deposit.

7)At all times during your event the hired items remain the property of Weddings by Charlie Anna & it is your responsibility as the lead customer to ensure that items left unattended are secure. Please note that it is not the venues responsibility for missing items but the lead customer.
We expect to receive all items back to us. Any missing items on collection/return will be charged at the same rate of damaged items.
8) The £50 Damage/Security FEE will be refunded within 14 working days of our items being returned if we are satisfied with their condition and will be refunded to the lead customer only.
9) ) Payment of your deposit is deemed that you are agreeing & understand our Terms and Conditions.
10) It is the lead customers responsibility to ensure the chairs at the venue are suitable for our covers. Please note we do not provide covers suitable for chairs with arms AND THAT THERE IS A POWER SUPPLY FOR YOU BACKDROP AND TABLE SKIRT
11.Travel charges apply on venues outside of our FREE 10 mile radius of B77 policy. Extra mileage is charged at .45p per mile for set up and collection return journeys to B77
PAYMENT OF ALL DEPOSITS IS AN AGREEMENT WITH WEDDING BY CHALIE ANNA TERM & CONDITIONS 2016/17
